here we are whit Counselor Verde at the Embassy.
verified all the names of volunteers getting the award.
this is the first time the presidential house do personal award normal when is give is give to the organization only.
but because Tom Plumb 10 years helping the country we manages to get this one done and even got some certificates for other organization that work whit tom in Honduras.
